new appointed officials n forum staff

we appointed new officials n staff in the group,
but these may be altered depending on d performance
of each officials. we will make sure that this time,
all are working on their designated tasks.
each officials will be under observation for 3mos.
and if ever an official cannot comply with his/her duties
we will give him/her warning. this will be a wake up call
so that he can attend to her/his duties.
but if he/she will not do his/her part on that chance
that we gave him/her, we will be force to change him/her
and we will give the position to other deserving members.

2.Plan, set goals and create ideas for the group
3.Perform the duties of the founders in his/her absence
4.To create a functional leadership team, open and frequent communication with the founders is necessary.

1.she will handle the newbies in the group.(screening)
2.she will have a great role in the group, coz she will make each member understand what we really
stands for (rules and aims of the group).

PHOENIX ACTIVITIES MODERATOR

1.they will preside the activities of the group.
2.inform the members prior to the activities.
