1. officer-in-charge

1.Facilitate all meetings of the group.
2.Plan, set goals and create ideas for the group
3.Perform the duties of the founders in his/her absence
4.To create a functional leadership team, open and frequent communication with the founders is necessary.

2.phoenix activities moderator

1.they will preside the activities of the group.
2.inform the members prior to the activities.
3.they are responsible to check which is the most active member of the group each month.
4.they will also assure that all members are ok in the group.

3.phoenix support team

1.he/she will lead all phoenix kickers and be responsible in
communicating to other group regarding competition.
2..keep the chatroom under control and make sure people are following the rules.
3.he has the authority to kick and ban abusive users.
4.Be active in chat and help contribute when the chat dies.
5.they will also monitor the members visiting the room.

4. group initiator

1.she will handle the newbies in the group.(screening)
2.she will have a great role in the group, coz she will make each member understand what we really
stands for (rules and aims of the group).
